After her graduation in the Veterinary
School of Nantes (1979-1983), Raphaela decided to make
a specialization in aquaculture.
A eighteen month stay in California
(Arcata) allowed her to achieve her Master of Sciences
in aquatic sciences and aquaculture and to discover
the Pacific Ocean in the north of Humboldt County. Obviously
she has not forgotten it !
Since then Raphaela has dedicated
her time between an exciting work and navigation on
a sailboard during her peregrinations. Her professional
background in aquaculture led her to work for the industry
on various continents, then to create her own consultancy
company “STERMOR” located in her nice village,
Pénestin in south Brittany. She is managing research
an development projects in her favorite field, aquaculture,
especially in application of principles of sustainable
development.
